I use this brush every day for basically everything. The narrow yet full bristles allow easy application whether you're packing on color to your lid, or blending out some smoke in your crease.
I especially find this useful on people with hooded eyes. Using the brush vertically can give anyone a professional look no matter how much of a beginner you are. Leave it to ELF for making this bad now as cheap as $3.00! I definitely recommend at least 90% of their studio brushes. (if not the entire collection)
