These Matte and Liquid Lipsticks are only $1.00 at ShopMissA.com! While cheap and highly pigmented, these are not the best quality. Their longevity could be better and the texture is quite odd. After application, the lipsticks dry to a matte yet tacky finish.

TIP: I find it easier to deal with when I top the dried color with a little bit of translucent powder. 

The lasting power isn't great, but with the pigmentation, price and texture after I top them... they're worth the buck.
