ELF's newest release comes in the form of a pump!
Last month, EyesLipsFace added yet another primer to their collection. This time, it's made especially for under-eye care.
The primer comes in their Studio matte black packaging that is a little bit larger than a tube of lipstick. It's almost like a short & dumpy mascara tube. This is so much easier to travel with, rather than their large plastic pumps the face primers come in.

Also differing from their complete face primers is the texture. This under-eye primer is more like a thin lotion rather than the sometimes greasy hydrating primer. It comes out as a blush pink with a nice and subtle floral scent. As you guys know, I have dry and sensitive skin. I am happy to say I have never had an issue with this primer and continue to use it.
Quality ☆☆☆
While the consistency is of a lotion or moisturizer, I don't feel that this simply absorbs and disappears. This gives me at least twice as much wear before my under-eye area begins to dry and cake up, if it does at all.
